We’re excited to launch a new state-of-the-art robotic homebuilding facility in partnership with several large homebuilders within the Pheonix area. Powered by Promise Robotics' transformative production lines for timber-based panelized construction, the new facility enables our group of homebuilding partners to significantly increase the capacity and speed of home production within the fast-growing region of Pheonix, AZ.
What You'll Do:
Ensure continuous production uptime by promptly diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime and sustain 12 hours operation shifts
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robotic hardware, sensors, drivers and software
Contribute to design, development, evaluation and improvement of robotic manufacturing systems and processes by working closely with a diverse technical team of software developers and robotic engineers
Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Develop, refine, and execute equipment validation protocols, including calibration, unit testing, and incremental improvements verification procedures
Troubleshoot PLCs and robotic systems, including TwinCat and Kuka platforms, supporting automation for walls and floors building processes
Uphold and promote a culture of safety, compliance, and professionalism
Establish and maintain regular communication with production team and robot cell operators
